Miss Raynor, the daughter of Charles and Patricia Raynor of Amissville, will attend Mary Washington College. She is undecided about her major. . In high school she played volleyball. She is vice-president of the senior class. She has been active in the National Honor Society and the Environmental Awareness Club and has done back stage work on school plays.
During the summer of 1989 she worked in the pressroom of the Fauquier Times Democrat.
“I’ll miss Rappahannock, but I’m glad to be going on to bigger things,” she said. She said she has particularly enjoyed Mr. Patterson’s classes and French. Her message for lower classmen is “enjoy it; it goes faster than you think, especially your senior year.”
