Last Saturday, June 1, our community came together in a wonderful cooperative effort to show support for the Rappahannock Educational Foundation’s fundraising dance for children and teens.
The Washington Volunteer Fire Department let us use the space, waiving the usual fee. It is truly extraordinary for one volunteer organization to so unselfishly help another volunteer organization. Our very special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Alther, who helped in any way they could.
