Cries of, “We’re out of here,” echo through the halls of the school as Rappahannock High’s Class of 1991 heads towards graduation at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Jon Heddleston, 11th and 12thgrade English teacher, will give the commencement address. School Board chairman Beverly Massie and Superintendent David Gangel will speak.
