Davis Lee Jenkins, 20, of Washington, pleaded guilty to petty larceny and criminal trespass during a hearing in Rappahannock Circuit Court June 6.
Judge W. Shore Robertson sentenced Jenkins to 12 months on each count, all but 30 days suspended. His sentences will run consecutively.
Jenkins and two juveniles broke into the Washington residence of Harold Walker and stole property, some of which has been recovered, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke.
Judge Robertson also ordered Jenkins to pay $800 in restitution and undergo two years of supervised probation upon release.
