WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA On May 16, 1991, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia (the "Town") adopted an ordinance authorizing the Town to issue its general obligation water system bond in an amount not to exceed *231,500 and its general obligation water system bond in an amount not to exceed *133,000 for the purpose of financing the costs of certain improvements to the Town’s water system. The Ordinance was adopted pursuant to authority granted by the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended.
