Local aging plan hearing On Monday, July 29, the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board will hold a public hearing on the FY92 Plan for services to assist the older residents of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock counties. The hearing will be held at 2 p.m. in the parish hall of the Precious Blood Catholic Church, 401 N. Main St., Culpeper. The public is invited to review the services the RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board will offer in the coming year and to comment on unmet needs and general aging-related concerns.
