Emma Sisk
Emma Frances Sisk, 82, of Warrenton, formerly of Rappahannock, died Monday, July 15 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
Mrs. Sisk was born March 5, 1909, the daughter of the late Ernest and Ida Dodson of Madison. She was a housewife and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Manassas.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Lee Sisk who passed away June 7, 1991 and a son, Robert Clyde Sisk.
She is survived by six daughters, Helen Hitt of Catlett, Virginia Dodson of Rochelle, Adele Palmer of Manassas, Doris Reel of Goldvein and Peggy Tharp and Doris Fincham, both of Warrenton; two sons, Ernest Sisk of Manassas and Ivan Sisk of Gainesville; 28 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat grandchild.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 19 at Clore Funeral Home with the Rev. Willie Heflin officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roy Johnson, Lloyd Dodson, Bob Hitt, Bobby Sisk, Michael Sisk and Ricky Fincham.
