Dr. Miller was a graduate of Bergen Junior College in Jersey City, N.J. and a graduate of Eastern Chiropractic Institute in New York. He did graduate work at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, 111.

His postgraduate work included the subjects of nutrition, roentgenology and impairment rating, conducted by the postgraduate divion of the National College of Chiropractic.

He was an active member of Calvary Episcopal Church, Front Royal and served four 3-year terms as elected member of the Vestry, Senior Warden for three years and as treasurer.

In 1950, Dr. Miller built his clinic building at 318 North Royal Avenue and continued his practice there for the remaining 38 years of his career.

Dr. Miller retired in 1988 and continued to remain active with his many interests.
