PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of tfie Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 1991, at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

SU# 91-09-02 Application by Bedford L. Pearson to construct an addition to an existing garage in the form of an apartment in order to house handicap parents. Property is located on Rt. 647/638, identified as Deborah Helen Estates: Tax Map 14 1, Parcel F, containing 9.35 acres: zoned “A\ Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 3.3-1 (L) Additional Standards in 5.2-7 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.

SU# 91-09-05 Mr. Tom Moore desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to construct a post-office structure on land zoned "A” Agricultural, known as “Wildwood Forest’ Subdivision and on a lot of two + acres, (to be created); Tax Map 33, Parcel 83-A on/near Rt. 639 in Amissville, VA. Use allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-3 (C) of the Rappahanock County Zoning Ordinance, Additional Standards on Page 61. Section 5.4-2.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:3b p m. Said applications will be presented

to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday October 16,1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 5.1-9, if any.
