The board also approved a landscaping plan. Holly May, chairman of the landscaping committee, and Mark Malik, a landscape architect, presented the plan to the board. Donations of money or of the recommended plants will be welcome.

Roberta Anderson, chairman of the building committee, reported that several fairly small items nned to be cleared up before a final walk through of the building. The board agreed that the Literacy Volunteers should be responsible for paying for changes to the downstairs room needed for their use of the room.

Librarian Nikki Lynch reported that the use of the library continues to be greater than it was in the old library.
