Billionaire Ross Perot narrowly won a mock presidential election held at the high school last Thursday, winning 35.4 percent of the vote.
The independent Perot garnered 127 votes, to 119 for Gov. Bill Clinton, the Democratic nominee, and 110 for President George Bush. Andre Marou, the Libertarian candidate, received three votes. Neither Lenora Falani nor Lyndon LaRouche received any votes in the high school poll.
