Tax help offered
The Commissioner of Revenue’s Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through May 1 to help answer income tax questions of county residents. Special tax relief for the elderly has been approved for this year. To apply for the program please contact the Commissioner of Revenue at 675-3513.
Bereavement group
Hospice of the Rapidan will form a bereavement group in April. Hospice volunteer Ellen Manson will be the coordinator. Please call her at 675-1349 or the Hospice office at 825-4840 for more information or to join the group.
