Charges of trespassing to hunt against Richard L, Finchum and Kenneth W. Jenkins were reduced to simple trespass in a plea bargain in General District Court Tuesday.
The two men pled guilty to the trespass charges. Under the agreement they each agreed to pay a $500 fine and to serve two days in jail. A further condition required that they “have no further contact, directly or indirectly,” with John ( adwalader, the landowner.
Additional charges of hunting from a public road and illegal hunting against Jenkins were dropped, as was a charge of hunting from a public road against Fincham.
