Ritenours have
new daughter
Mr. and Mrs. Kip Ritenour and Krystal of Chester Gap, announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Kelcie Nicole in Winchester Medical Center on March 21. Kelcie weighed six pounds and four ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Jimmy and James Williams of Chester Gap.
Great-grandparents are Thomas and Elsie McGovern, Mrs. Marie Williams and Mrs. Mattie Ritenour of Front Royal and Mrs. Agnes Chadwell of Alexandria.
Mrs. Ritenour is the former Tammy Dawn Williams.
