Homemakers to meet
The new county-wide Extension Homemakers Club will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11 at the Extension Office. The program for the evening will be “Making Bluebird Houses,” with building materials provided. Participants need just bring a hammer. Anyone is welcome to come and learn more about the Extension Homemakers Club.
In June, the club will participate in the International Dinner, theme, England and will help provide refreshments for the Baccaulaureate tea. For further information call Helen Smith at 675-3619 or Kim Gilkey-Breeden at 635-5601.
Bereavement group to meet
The Bereavement/Support Group sponsored by Hospice of the Rapidan will meet at 7 p.m. on May 11 and May 25 at the Washington Baptist Church.
