The Rappahannock County Library is ready for another great summer of reading fun. The theme for this year’s summer reading program is “Peer Amid Books...Read.” Children of all ages, independent readers and “read to me” readers, are invited to participate. The programs will begin at 10 a.m. on June 30 and continue every Wednesday until August 18.
At the first program of the series, musican Lorranie Duisit Espinola will accompany herself on the harp, mandolin, and bowed psalter while performing new music for new nursery rhymes. She has set rhymes from Clyde and Wendy Watson’s book “Catch me and kiss me and say it again” to music.
