Musical program at Library
The Rappahannock County Library’s summer reading program Peer Amid Books...Read” will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30. Lorraine Duisit Espinola will present a muscial program based on thymes from Clyde and Wendy Watson’s book “Catch me and kiss me and say it again.” Children of all ages are invited to attend these free program at the library.
Walk-in clinics
The Rappahannock County Health Department is expanding it’s walk-in clinics for the following services: Routine Childhood Immunizations, Pregnancy testing, HIV antibody testing and Blood Pressure screening which all offered free of charge.
The following times are available in July. 9-11 a.m., Thursday,, July 1; 2-4 p.m., Tuesday, July 13; 8:30-11 a.m., Monday, July 19 and 1-3 p.m., Tuesday, July 27.

Benefit bake sale
The Washington Baptist Chruch will be holding a bake sale in front of the.Washington Post Office 8 a.m.-12 noon Saturday, July 3. Profits will be used to purchase new drapes for the sanctuary. All donation for baked goods and money will be greatly appreciated.
Dodson-Atkins family reunion
The family of Bessie Annie Dodson Atkins, daughter of the late Virgie Jenkins Dodson and Franklin Atkins and the late Joseph Franklin Atkins, son of the late Joseph Burker Atkins and Elizabeth Woodward Atkins, all of Sperryville are invited to attend a family reunion on Sunday, July 18 at Mountain Run Lake Park in Culpeper. SHARE delivery day
The June Delivery Day for SHARE is 10-11 a.m. Saturday, June 26 at the Washington Baptist Church. All participants should pick up their groceries at this time.
A donation of not more than $1 will be appreciated on Delivery Day to defer the cost of gas for the two men who drive each month to pick up the groceries. Participants should also bring their community service vouchers and $15 in cash or food stamps to sign up for July.
