Edward Lambert was found guilty of abduction, assault, and tampering with a motor vehicle in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court recently.

The offenses, which occured last October, took place when Lambert followed a woman in her 50s as she drove west on U.S. 211 one evening around 11. When the woman turned off U.S. 211, Lambert continued to follow her to Route 602. He finally blocked her way after she turned onto Route 601.

Lambert got out of his vehicle and tried to enter her car. He had a T-shirt pulled over his head as a mask. When he discovered that her vehicle was locked, he kicked the panels and hit the windows.
