ADOPT ORDINANCE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, July 14, 1993, al 7:30 o’clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Courtroom of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, located on Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of the 1992 Bank Tax Ordinance (effective July 1, 1992) and the 1993 Bank Tax Ordinance (effective July 1,1993). Copies of both proposed Bank Tax Ordinances are available for inspection by the public at the Office of the Zoning Administrator of Rappahannock County and the Town on Gay Street, and also available in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, during normal business hours.
