Jenni-Su and Cadee-Lin Starr would like to announce the arrival of their brother, Andrew Cory Starr on July 23 at 1:47 p.m.
Drew was seven pound, eight ounces and 20 1/4 inches long.
He was born at Prince William County Hospital. His parents are Rick and Brenda Starr of Washington.
Maternal grandparents are Lory and Shirley Weaver of Manassas.
Paternal grandfather is Frank B. Starr of Dumfries.
Maternal great-grandmother is Daisy Paige Baldwin-Weaver of Ridgeley.West Virginia.
