IPUBLIC HEARING1
The Town Council of .Washington, Virginia will, pursuant to 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, hold a public hearing for consideration of amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance on Monday, September 8, 1993 at 7:30 o’clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Town Hall of the Town of Washington, located at the comer of Calvert and Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia. The ordinance as proposed, and as recommended by the Planning Commission of the Town, is similar to the ordinance previously the subject of public hearings earlier in 1993; the Planning Commission has, in its final recommendations, suggested that dog kennels be subject to additional restrictions. Copies of the proposed amendments are available for inspection by the public at the Office of the Zoning Administrator of Rappahannock County and the Town on Gay Street, and also available in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, during normal business hours. Members of the public are invited to attend this public hearing and make their views known.
