On Thursday, September 16 the Rappahannock Unit of the American Cancer Society is hosting their second annual luncheon and fashion show at the Bleu Rock Inn.
The show will feature the fashion collections of Christine Fox, concentrating on understated elegant Sportswear and evening wear. The collection will include J. McLaughlin Sportswear and The Gilliam Collections.
“The collections are very classic and elegant, with neutral and bright color tones” said Christine Fox. “The Sportswear is all very flexible and interchangeable, so if you but one skirt, I can give you three different tops th^t work wonderfully with it.”
Ms. Fox, who began her fashion career with Lord and Taylor in 1973, has worked as a buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue, as a Neiman Marcus leather handbag specialist, as Gucci America’s National Buyer and as a consultant for Gucci International in Florence Italy.
She opened her own store ip Warrenton in September 1990, where she features classic designs displayed by color and lifestyle-not simply by size.
