Ministerial Association To Meet

The Culpeper County Ministerial Association will meet at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15 at Aberdeen Barn. The dutch treat breakfast (buffet) will cost $6,50 including gratuities.

Pat Wilcox, area director of Prison Fellowship will be meeting with the Association to advise on the potential for ministry presented by the new Coffeewood Correctional Center under construction near Mitchells.

R.L.E.P. Board Meeting

The Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection will be holding its March board meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 21 in the conference room of Frank Reynold’s Law Office. Public input of environmental interest or concern is always welcomed by R.L.E.P., and may be voiced through mail, telephone or fax to either of the following: R.L.E.P., Rt. 1, Box 2080, Flint Hill, Va. 22627; 636-3066, 675-3406, 675-3966.

The board usually meets on the third Monday of the month at the county library.

Support Group Meetings

Services to Abused Families, Inc., (S.A.F.E.) conducts Men’s Anger Management Groups which offers alternatives to violence, stress managements, effective communication skills, and substance abuse issues.

Both groups are held at confidential locations in Culpeper and Warrenton. For further information call 825-8876 or 349-0309.

Banquet Planned

The Rappahannock Citizen League will sponsor a banquet at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 at Rappahannock Elementary School. The speaker will be Dr. Hortense B. Hinton from Culpeper. Support Group Social

The Blue Ridge Head Injury Support Group will meet and have a social from 2-4 p.m. on March 12 in the Parish Hall of Trinity Epsocipal church at the comer of Gay and Middle Streets in Washington.
