To the Editor:
On behalf of the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Steve Leake and Jimmy Dodson for clearing the driveway to the fire station during the most recent snow storm. Without their help we would not have been able to respond to an emergency had the need arisen.
Additionally, I would like to thank Steve and his employees at Blue Ridge Excavating for their past efforts in making sure the station’s driveway remained clear this winter. Again, I would like to stress the importance of their contribution and acknowledge that their help was greatly appreciated by myself and all the member of the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department.
