TAG-ON TO RED OAK VALLEY AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL ^STRICT

i In accordance with Section 15.1-1511 (f), Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, April 4, 1994, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a tag-on to the Red Oak Valley Agricultural and Forestal District.

The proposed Ordinance taging onto the District is available for inspection at the Clerk’s Office and the County Administration Office, both in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.

TTie Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, March 16, 1994, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA., to considers the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.

The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, March 16, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
