NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 1st day of June, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, in the Town Hall of the Town of Washington, Virginia, located on Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia, the Town Council for the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1994 and 1995 for the Town of Washington, and for the Town of Washington Waterworks.

Copies of the Proposed Bud get arc available for inspection by the public at the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and at the Office of the Town Zoning Administrator, located in the Office of the County Administrator of Rappahannock County, both on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia, during'normal business hours.

The Town of Washington Proposed Budget shows a total income of $123,100.00, and total expenses of $121,750.00. The Washington Waterworks Budget shows a total income of $40,100.00 and total expenses of $40,035.00.

The Town will consider a proposal for a change in the allocation of certain expenses, and in the allocation of reserves as set forth in the Budget, to be expended as further improvements to the Town of Washington Water System.

The public is invited to attend said public hearing and make their views known regarding the 1994 -1995 Budget for the Town of Washington and the Town of Washington Waterworks. The Town Council of the Town of Washington intends to vote on said Budget at its normally scheduled June 8, 1994 meeting.
