Auditional Set For Musical The Windmore Foundation for the Arts will present the musical “Godspell” for its fall production. Auditions for the play, a musical based on the Gospel according to St. Matthew, will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Aug. 27 and 28 in the Culpeper County Middle School Forum. The cast consists of 10 - five men and five women. Norman Reunion The annual Norman reunion will be held on Sunday, Aug. 28 at the Rappahannock Park on U.S. 211 in Washington. A picnic lunch will be served at the pavilion “rain or shine” at 1 p.m. All relatives and friends are invited to attend. Please bring a covered dish and a beverage. Plates, cups, and plastic utensils will be provided.

Dodson-Atkins Reunion Set The annual Dodson-Atkins family reunion will be held on Sunday, Aug. 28 at the VFW Shelter, 1847 North Royal Avenue in Front Royal. “Family and friends are welcome, please come and bring a covered dish and beverage,” said an organizer. Volunteers Needed The Rappahannock Education Assistance Program (R.E.A.P.), a | volunteer service group, is in need of community members who are willing to extend themselves and commit to assisting the educational process at Rappahannock County High School. Volunteer forms will be available in local businesses on Aug. 23. Please sign a form and bring it with you to a short meeting at 8 p.m. on Sept. 1 at RCHS or drop it off at the RCHS office.

Transplant Group To Meet The Transplant Support Group meets at 7:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month in the conference room of the Culpeper Baptist Church, 318 S. West Street. This group is for transplant recipients, potential recipients and their families. Wharton Family Reunion The annual family reunion of the late Henry T. Wharton and Lillie M. Cloud Wharton will be held at the Rappahannock Park Sept. 3. “Looking for family members and friends, come, bring a covered dish and join in,” said a family spokesperson.

Beahm Family Reunion The 11th annual George W. and Nanfcy Bolen Beahm reunion will be held at the Rappahannock Park on U.S. 211 opposite eastern interchange into Washington at 12 noon on Sunday, Sept. 4. “Bring a covered dish and beverage of your choice. Coffee will be provided as well as plates and plasticware. A folding lawn chair could make your day more comfortable,” said a spokesperson.
