Wharton Hollow to catch the bus at Rock Mills. Thirty-two children who were all related!

After leaving the mountain and moving to* Washington, Mr. Keyser died at the age of thirty-six in 1945.

Video tape and photographs have forever captured Saturday’s event. Thanks to the vivid memories of this group of kind folks, a little history has been saved. A little insight gained in days gone by of a stalwart, hearty mountain family whose English ancestry must have afforded them the strength and courage to endure. Leaving to us a perpetual mark upon the morning side of Red Oak.
