Rappahannock County Public Schools, 6 School house Road, Washington, Virginia 22747, and marked on the outside of the envelope as follows: BID PROPOSAL FOR RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL, PARKING AREA LIGHTING. The outside of the envelope should also include the Contractor's license number according to the "Instruction to adders." Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected unopened.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Propspective bidders should read the instructions for preparing bids in the Instructions to Bidders" section of the project Specifications carefully before submitting their bids. Bidders must agree to comply with the documents "Rappahannock Guidelines for Work in Schools" and “Contracted Maintenance and Capital Improvement" copies of which are available for review at the Office of the School Board. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for thirty (30) calender days after the date of openings of bids. A bidder may withdraw its bid from consideration if its bid was substantially lower than other bids due solely to a mistake therein, as described in the “Instructions to Bidders."
The Rappahannock County Public Schools reserves the .right to reject any or all bids.
