Sen. Miller said he plans to continue pushing endorsement for hiS bill relating to computing taxable income that never left the Senate Finance Committee this year.
The proposal would increase the $800 personal exemption deduction to $1,600 in the first tax year and to $2,400 the following tax year.
Following tradition as chairman of the Senate Privileges and Elections Committee, Sen. Miller serves as patron for all nominations including the governor’s appointments.
