Bid #1 - The project involves: all labor, material, and services for the removal of existing roof sections (approx. 78’x 78', and 76’ x 421), the replacement of damaged tectum decking, and the replacement of these roof sections with a lowslope steel roof over tapered insulation as described in theproject specifications. Roof slope to be 1/4 inch per foot or greater.
Alternate Bid #2 - The project involves: all labor, material, and services for the removal of existing roof sections (approx. 76’ x 76', and 76' X 42'), the replacement of damaged tectum decking, and the replacement oT these roof sections with an SBS modified bitumen built-up roof over tapered insulation, using existing drains and downspouts.
