Publications relating to these topics as well as the Consumer Affairs complaint form can also be requested through the 800 number.

With the touch of a button, callers can select the subject they want to discuss or go directly to a Consumer Affairs telephone counselor. Counselors will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer questions, help resolve problems and provide materials.
