Warner is following on issues. “I’m going to say here’s where I stand and here’s what John Warner did,” he said.
“The second reason I’m going to win is I want the job more, and I’m going to work harder,” he added saying in addition to visiting each of Virginia’s political jurisdictions before Labor Day, he will return to each of them in his first year in oflice. “People want a Senator who is going to be there.”
Finally Mark Warner speaks of his understanding of the challenges facing the American economy as the technological revolution sweeps pver the world. “It will affect all parts of people’s lives. It won’t change slower if John Warner is elected or change faster , if I am elected. It’s coming.” He said, “I don’t think most of them [senators and congressmen] understand it, what it means to build a business, the challenges facing a middle class family.”
