Design Plate
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is inviting middle and high school students to participate in a contest to design a new scenic license plate for the state.
Students in sixth through twelfth grades may pick up an official entry form from their schools, DMV offices or by mail by calling (804) 367-6614 and requesting one to be mailed.
Six finalists will be selected in each of districts that cover the state. A grand prize winner will be selected from among the 36 finalists.
