Grafton Brinklow

Grafton Denzil Brinklow Sr., 69, of Front Royal, died Monday at Veterans Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday at Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. Edward J. Messick. Burial was in Willis Chapel Cemetery in Huntly.

Mr. Brinklow was bom Jan. 20, 1927, in Warren County, son of the late William and Ruth Booth Brinklow. He was a retired farmer and member of .Valley Assembly of God Church. He was the husband of the late Ella Mae Brinklow.

Surviving are two sons, Grafton D. Brinklow Jr. of Front Royal and Douglas L. Brinklow of Middletown; two daughters, Sherry Ryder and Connie Clatterbuck, both of Front Royal; 13 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.

Also surviving are four brothers, Bobby Brinklow of Richmond, Joe Brinklow of Winchester, Pinky Brinklow of Colorado and Tom Brinkow of Fredericksburg; two sisters, Louise Chrisman of Front Royal and Sally Mastin of Fredericksburg.

Pallbearers were Billy Elkins, A1 Funk, Lynwood Williams, Scott Hartley, Andy Stokes and Louis Norman.

Honorary pallbearers were Howard Duncan, Earl Stanley, Clement Clatterbuck and Bobby Funk.

Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
