PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public nearing on Thursday. September 26. 1996 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications:
SU #96-08-02 Centre for Herbal Studies, Kathleen Maier applicant, desires to renew and continue a centre for herbal studies in existing structures on property. To run from March to November of each year, for up to twenty (20) persons on weekends and occasionally during week. Located on Rt. 624, Tax Map 20, Parcel 8 in Hampton Magisterial District near Washington Virginia, zoned “A" Agricultural & “C" Conservation. Use allowed under Section 170-36 (B) of the Rappahannock County code; additional standards contained in Section 170-63 (B&C).
A COPY of fhe foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said applica-' tions will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday.
