It s A Beautiful Morning! The elegant lady lay surrounded by sleep. Her auburn hair puddled on the pillow...‘gilded by the morning sun that peeked through the blinds. As a tray was set by the bed. her eyelids fluttered and she smoothed the pajamas that matched the color of the roses which graced the room. Smiling, she whispered sleepily, “It’s another beautiful morning!" Now awake, she softly requested her drapes be parted and she heard familiar sounds of morning... th^ hiss of oxy gen as it entered through tubes in her nostrils, the beep on a monitor recording each heartbeat, and the rasping sound of each breath...as she had heard them for months. The chintz chair sat empty now and slippers waited for feet too weak to walk again. Yet. her blue eyes sparklet}as she w hispered. “Thank you. Lord". Indeed. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. Each day is a beautiful blessing from God. This sabbath, praise God as you behold the beauty of His sanctuary .
