Last weekend proved to be overwhelming for the Blue Moon Cafe, as it was jam-packed with customers. They ran out of a lot of food and some people had to wait a long time to be served. But Mr. Loretti promises to have the situation under control this week. He is hiring another line chef to help out in the kitchen. "We did not expect the response," he said, adding "We hope to become a popular local restaurant."
The restaurant is open every day except Monday. Hours of operation are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
