At recent meet-the-candidate events, the turnouts included many more than just the partisan faithful. Attendees reflected a variety of philosophical'and political beliefs. People associated with both sides of the political aisle came to wish Bob well, offering their, time, money and support. There is a wave of excitement' racing across the entire 10th Congressional District. Bob’s vision for the future and ambition to support the President's programs have taken hold and are gaining.
This is an exciting election year and a wonderful opportunity to elect three fine candidates. But it's not just enough to support a candidate or have one's heart in the right place. It is imperative for all or our citizens to get out on election day to cast their ballots to re-elect President Clinton, and to vote in Mark Warner for U.S. Senate and Bob Weinberg in the U.S. House of Representatives.
