1 Well, it's Fall again. Time for all people from the city to come down to Rappahannock to enjoy the splendid beauty of the changing leaves. Homecoming '96 at Rappahannock County High School begins October 21. This year's week-long homecoming events are being sponsored by the Student Council Association. Homecoming/Spirit Week activities begin with a chance for students to show their school spirit by participating in the planned activities. Monday, October 21, the students will have ■ backwards/inside out day. Tuesday will be hat day. Wednesday is lookalike day. Thursday is funky hair/clash day. Finally Friday will be Blue and Gold Day. Students who participate in these activities ■ gain points for their class. Also during the week there will be the District Cross-Country meet ,, and two home Girls' Basketball, r games. The culminating activity includes a carnival at RCHS from ri, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, ,October 26. Come enjoy the fun as various club and community orga, nizations entertain you and cook f ; for you. At 1 p.m. alumni are invited to join in the annual Alumni Soccer Game as the Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned during half-time festivities. A .. dance will be held in the RCHS commons area from 8 p.m. to 11 . . p.m. honoring the alumni game and the Homecoming court.
