President Bill Clinton and President A1 Gore, although enjoying
a double digit lead in the polls, wi(| have collectively debated their opp§> nents three times.
So here we are, three weeks from election, and three of the four incumbents running for federal office have met in open and public debates witji their opponents. This leads me to th< question. Where are you, Congressman Wolf? .
