Congratulations to Mr. Richard Jenkins who lives on Route 707 and has just recently completed thirty years as an employee of Virginia Department of Transportation, a career he began in Fairfax and transferred back to Culpeper iri 1980. He was awarded a certificate at the staff I'neeting in October. Mr. Jenkins and his wife, Lillian have three and they are members of Slate Mills Baptist Church.
