The Grand Jury handed down one indictment on Term Day in Rappahannock County Circuit Court last Thursday.
Ronnie L. Kennedy, 19, of Culpeper, was indicted for grand larceny. He is charged with stealing a Husquavama chainsaw and a Shiwada chainsaw from Charlie D. Hawkins.
