Effective November 25, 1996, RAPIDTRAN will no longer operate a shuttle service in the town of Culpeper.. Demand-Response transportation services for individuals and groups will replace the shuttle service. The fare is $.50 one way; $1.00 round trip.
RAPIDTRAN also operates a demand-response commuter service from Culpeper to commuter on Saturday mornings. The bus departs from the Lord Culpeper Building at 6:30 A.M. The bus returns to Culpeper from Oak Springs Plaza in Warrenton at 3:35 P.M. The fare is $.50 one way; $1.00 round trip.
Demand-response commuter services to Charlottesville are available fdr Fauquier, Culpeper and Madison county residents on Tuesdays; services are available from Culpeper and Orange on Fridays.
A bus departs from Warrenton between 8:30 and 9:00 A.M. to connect with the bus, departing at 10:00 A.M. from the Lord Culpeper Building at 401 Sr Main St., town of Culpeper.
