Besides Miss Smith's parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry Smith and Thurman Smith and a sister, Annie Smith Hawkins and her husband, Edward Hawkins.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Nov. 18 at Alum Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. John Miller and the Rev. Dr. R.W. Turner Jr. officiating.
Interment followed in Gourdvine Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Lewis Hawkins, Carson Hawkins, Otis Deal Jr., Phillip W. Burke, Steven Cassidy and Aubrey Hawkins.
Found and Sons was in charge of the arrangements.
