The Steering Committee of the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation wants to thank Superintendent David Gangel, and Principal Jack Raines, for allowing us to view a satellite down-linked program in the high school library last Thursday evening.
High school librarian Beth Scott skillfully aligned all the necessary electronic elements to bring in the program. We would also like to thank the representatives from local nonprofit groups who joined us to learn how to build an reinvigorate governing boards. The program, produced by the National Center for Nonprofit Boards and Civic Network Television, was entitled Building Boards that Work.
