Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered on the 16th day of May, 1996, in the chancery cause of Delia Lindsey Hall et als, vs. Margaret Rector Thomas, et als, No. 93CH-18, the undersigned Special Commioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Town of Washington on~

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21, 1996,

at 10:00 A.M.

All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being on the east side of State Secondary Route 640. three miles northwest of Amissville, Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing approximately twenty (20) acres, more or less, ana being the same land conveyed to William Rector by James P. Jeffries, Special Commissioner, by deed dated April 6. 1891 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book S, page 251. Said parcel was surveyed by John M. Baumgardner, Land Surveyor, on December 7, 1995, as containing 21.4218 acres, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit in this cause. This parcel is pan of tax map 31, parcel 42, of the tax map of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

References is herewith had to the above mentioned survey and deed for a more complete and accurate description of the land to be sold.
