Since the Herremas intend the cottage as a residence for Mrs. Herrema’s parents those regulations are not a problem.
Mr. Herrema also reported that the Health Department has approved the new drain field and septic site and they are just awaiting the paperwork.
The Board approved the application and the Herremas will begin as soon as a building permit is secured.
The Board also considered the budget for approval to the Board of Supervisors. The only noteworthy change they found was the reduction in travel expenses for members of the Board, however since all members are about finished with training the reduction was deemed appropriate. The
