AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICT
• In accordance with Section 15.1-1511 (f). Code of Virginia (1950), las amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby 'gives notice of its intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, May 5, t997, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA to consider the request for withdrawal of 25 acres by Admiral Josef M. Gardiner from the gast Wakefield Agricultural and Forestal District.
The application to withdraw from the District is available for inspection at the County Administration Office in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, April 16, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, April 16,1997, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and make comment.
