Shooting Matches Underway

The Castleton Community Volunteer Fire Company is having their annual shooting matches at 3 p.m. each Saturday. Rules are 12 gauge shotguns only, no sleeves or scopes. For more information call 937-4110.

Safe Food Course Set

A six-hour class “Safe Food Handling for the Occasional Quantity Cook,” sponsored by Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Virginia Department of Health, will be held on April 15 and 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. at G. W.
